•Valet service at The Westin Peachtree Atlanta is commendable as it runs full 24-hours with the joyful staff awaiting to greet the guests no matter the time. Totally amazing that is the only time they contacted me. I paid $6500 for screens and blinds and they don't bother to return phone calls until I disputed the claim with my credit card company. The blind is not tight and they tied some cords together to try to make things work. And instead of trying to work with the customer to find a solution they ignore all calls and attempts to address my issue.
The issue is the rep that did the measurement should have realized the issue and gave me options on the front end. I do not recall anyone saying anything about cutting one blind to a different size than the other one. I called several times asking him to call which he never did. I called June 12th and was told it was my fault the measurements were wrong and the lady said she would have the sales rep that sold me the blinds call the next day he never called.
